For applying mutation following procedure are have to maintained.
1. Purchase From showing Original Dead
2. Party submitted the form along with the holding tax receipt, Xerox copy of dead, and requisition fees (in case of gifted property affidavit is required)
3. Departmental verification
4. Notice to seller
5. If response come then Mutation Allotted
6. If no response come waited for 1 month then allowed the mutation
