Functions of the Department

Issuance of new trade license.

Renewal of the previous trade license.  Maintenance of records of advertisement of hoardings after proper inspection and observation.

Maintenance of holiday home records.  Removal of unauthorized hoarding.

Granting of permission for occasional mela, public functions, etc

Trade License application Procedure

Procedure for applying for Tread licence are given below.

For New License

1.      Purchase Form Respective Department.

2.      Party has to submit the filled up form With up to date holding tax clearance receipt along with NOC From Concerned Ward Councilor and fees.

3.      Departmental Enquiry

4.      Issue trade License

For Renewal License

1.      Purchase Form Respective Department.

2.      Party has to submit the filled up form With up to date holding tax clearance receipt along with NOC From Concerned Ward Councilor and fees(in case of pathology /nursing home health care unit West Bengal state Pollution Control board Noc is required.

3.      Departmental Enquiry

4.      Issue trade License.
